When it comes to digital execution, ‘people’ are indispensable elements. That’s where Brian Farley comes in. He is the World Champion Baseball Coach of the Dutch national baseball team and surprised the world by winning the world championship with the Dutch baseball team out of the blue. His story is about getting into the winning flow with a team of diverse individuals with different backgrounds, and from different cultures. He is an expert in excellent leadership and communication.

Mendix' Evangelist & VP Digital Transformation - Arjo van Oosten
Arjo van Oosten is the Senior Director of Digital Transformation at Mendix. He is the founder of the Mendix digital transformation framework, a step-by-step framework for successfully implementing digital transformation strategies. According to his framework, successful digital transformations follow three phases: start, structure, and scale. Arjo will explain how to solve the challenges of the ‘structure’ phase like replicating the development of applications successfully and truly embedding low-code development in your organisation.

Stef explains Mourik’s digital transformation strategy for the upcoming years. The organisation has just finished the ‘start’ phase of their digital transformation. They will elaborate on the challenges Mourik faced when moving to the ‘structure’ phase and will show Mourik solved them. Also they go into more detail on the challenges they are facing on their digital execution journey and will show you how they’re solving them together with Bizzomate.
