Hyperautomation specialist Ciphix acquires Bizzomate, an expert in low-code software solutions for digitizing and optimizing business processes. This acquisition represents a significant step for Ciphix in its ambition to become the leading European player in hyperautomation. Customers from both companies will benefit from a comprehensive service offering that addresses all conceivable digitization challenges. The combined portfolio now includes low-code apps, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Artificial Intelligence (AI), Process Mining, and Integration Platform as a Service (iPaaS) solutions, among others.

To achieve its growth ambitions, Ciphix launched a buy-and-build growth strategy with Mentha Capital in May 2023. This strategy was first realized with the acquisition of Webflight, a specialist in low-code apps, in September 2023. The subsequent acquisition of Bizzomate has expanded the team to over 170 colleagues working from offices in Rotterdam, Amsterdam, and Valkenburg.
