Bizzomate achieves third ‘Great Place To Work’ certification in a row

Bizzomate, specialist in software solutions for digitizing and optimizing business processes, has been officially certified as a ‘Great Place To Work’ for the third time in a row.

The certification was awarded by Great Place To Work Netherlands subsequent to an autonomous and anonymous employee survey, evaluating five pivotal values comprising credibility, respect, honesty, pride, and camaraderie. Great Place To Work has adopted this method in over 10,000 organizations spanning 60 countries worldwide.

Our colleagues are particularly pleased with the high level of personal responsibility, management trust, and mutual support among colleagues. Bizzomate achieved a perfect score of 100% on these aspects this year, which fills us with pride”.

Excellent overall score

Bizzomate scored well over 90 percent on all tested values: credibility, respect, honesty, pride and camaraderie. 100% of colleagues also say that they receive the right tools for their job well and that making mistakes is no problem within the organization.

Content with the recognition

The scores also indicate that employees at Bizzomate are content with the recognition they receive for their hard work. While the management plays a pivotal role in appreciating the staff, the company also emphasizes peer-to-peer recognition. Colleagues are encouraged to give each other compliments and feedback through TruQu, a feedback tool, and feedback is discussed during quarterly meetings. Additionally, employees are acknowledged for their contributions to corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities by the people they work with.
