The certification was awarded by Great Place To Work Netherlands subsequent to an autonomous and anonymous employee survey, evaluating five pivotal values comprising credibility, respect, honesty, pride, and camaraderie. Great Place To Work has adopted this method in over 10,000 organizations spanning 60 countries worldwide.

Bizzomate scored well over 90 percent on all tested values: credibility, respect, honesty, pride and camaraderie. 100% of colleagues also say that they receive the right tools for their job well and that making mistakes is no problem within the organization.
Content with the recognition
The scores also indicate that employees at Bizzomate are content with the recognition they receive for their hard work. While the management plays a pivotal role in appreciating the staff, the company also emphasizes peer-to-peer recognition.
